Applications:
PDJ marine switchboard is applicable to three-phase AC400V/50Hz or AC440V/60Hz ship AC system with unit power ranging from 20KW to 1600KW and ship DC system lower than DC30V for controlling, monitoring and protecting the generator. Switchboard is divided into main switchboard and emergency switchboard. The main switchboard directly connects with the main generator to distribute the power from the main generator or from the shore power station to the secondary distributing device or directly to the power load. If the main switchboard fails, the emergency switchboard supplies power for important equipment such as emergency lighting, steering devices, navigation and radio equipment, etc.
The switchboard complies with requirements of GB11634-88 Marine AC Low Voltage Switchboard-General Specification and GB11803-89 Marine AC Low Voltage Switchboard-Construction and Basic Dimension as well as classification societies.

Applications:

Structural features:
ABB MD 190 (HONOR) LOW VOLTAGE SWITCHBOARD is tested in accordance with TILVA and ASTA
requirements and built to BS and IEC Standards. The design is based on 190mm modular system and is therefore
suitable for extension, rearrangement of the system at your own will.

Main functions of the automatic power station:
1. If the power network fails, the station will automatically starts the diesel generator in 20 seconds to provide power.
2. If the load of the power network is higher than 90% of the unit capacity, the station automatically starts the standby diesel generation set to provide power together through frequency and load adjustment.
3. If the load of the power network is higher than 95% of the unit capacity, the less important loads will be automatically powered off after one minute (adjustable) delay.
4. When the diesel generators run in parallel, if the load of the power network is lower than 40% of the capacity of the station, then the generator set connected later will automatically remove its load and disengage from the power network.
5. Heavy load prompt. When heavy load is applied, it will be prompted and calculated by the automatic generation station. If the capacity of the station allows, it will give starting instruction. If the capacity is less sufficient and the generator runs alone, the station will start the standby diesel generation set automatically. Heavy can only be started when the starting instruction is given by the station to prevent overload trip due to sudden starting of high power machines.
6. The station has self checking function.
7. The station also has the extension alarm function required by AUTO-O specification.
8. Sequential start-up of the important load.

1. Overload and short-circuit protection of the generator.
2. Over-voltage, under-voltage and power-loss protection.
3. Reverse power protection.
4. Manual or automatic quasi synchronous parallel operation of the generators.
5. Manual or automatic frequency adjustment of the generators.
6. Voltage, current, frequency and power measurement of the machines.
7. Synchronous inspection of the parallel operation.

Emergency switchboar

Emergency switchboard is a device for emergency power distribution and protection forrunning ships. It Has manual, automatic or remote control device, can monitor and alarm important failures and is applicable for waterway vessels, coasting vessels and pelagic netlayers.

When main switchboard loses power, disconnected breaker between emergency switchboard and main switchboard can be switched off automatically; then emergency generator start automatically. When the main switchboard power restore, emergency generator breaker switch off automatically, and the disconnected breaker between emergency switchboard and main switchboard switch on automatically. After emergency generator breaker switch off, the emergency generator stop automatically delay 3 minutes. In order to enhance the reliability of power supply and convenient of maintain and replacement parts, the emergency switchboard uses the separation type apparatus completely.

Cabin monitoring station
